发酵设备是广泛用于微生物生长的一件反应设备。在发酵罐中各种微生物在适当的环境中生长,新陈代谢和形成发酵产物。发酵设备目前已广泛地用于制药、味精、酶制剂、食品等行业。
发酵设备罐型可分为两大类:一类是嫌气发酵的罐型(如酒精发酵),另一类是为气发酵的罐型(如标准式、伍式、自 吸式等)。这类设备尤以标准式罐型使用最为普遍。我厂设计的发酵罐系列图纸资料属于标准式罐型。在设计各种规格的发酵设备时,做到设计结构严密,有足够的强度和使用寿命,力求设备内部附件少,表面光滑,注意到要有良好的气一一汽接触和汽-固混和性能,使物质传递,气体交换有效地进行。有足够的热交换面积,以保证发酵能在最适宜的温度下进行。重视设备的密封性能以保证灭菌操作。
我厂设计的发酵罐为标准式罐型,这种罐型当公称容积在6M3以下时罐采用式夹套式。发酵气的冷却或加热,均由夹套来完成。公称容积为6M3以上时,发酵气的冷却由立式排管来担负,在罐内排管的连接方面我们作了改进。这主要避免在罐体上多开孔,开成死角。这种连续方式在实际使用中得到满意的效果。
罐内设置的挡板,用于提高搅拌效率,罐内有无挡板直接影响发酵汽翻动的状况,所以罐内安装挡板显得十分重要,根 据有关资料对设置的挡板数量的增减及叶宽尺寸的变化测得的数据来看,罐内采用4块或6块挡板,板宽度在1/12-1/10块, 对提高搅拌效率最为理想。

Fermentation pot can classify two, the one is a detesing air (example alcomhol1 s fementation) And the other is an acompanying air (example standard inhaling). The standard pot is general and desighing of our factory. Tight structure, enough strenth. long life, accessories less,surface smooth, gas lipuid contacting these should make careful on my desighing it heat exchange area is guarantee, we also attention to seal.
Our designing standard pot V<6m3 have a jacket. The jacket can be use heater or cooler. When V>6m3 the cooler burden is the tules. In order to avoid open hole on pot face, we improed the joint of tube and got satis factory. The baffier in pot raised effeciency of agitator. It is very important 4 or 6 baffiers is emploed in pot and the width of the baffer, this is most perfect.
搅拌器是发酵设备中的主要装置,通过搅拌汽体,使新鲜培养基成份、空气、菌丝体充分混合达到传质量和传热效果。 目前搅拌器的基本形式有三种;平叶(直叶)、弯叶、箭叶。我厂提供的设备中采用弯叶。这种弯叶蜗轮搅拌器对发酵汽有 剪切作用。发酵汽有以向和轴向流动,已与直叶蜗轮搅拌器相比、在相同直径、转速、叶宽等条件下,弯叶搅拌器所消耗的 功率较小。但效果很好,目前在国内已被普遍采用。
在电动机配置方面,我们采用丫型电动机(卧式)和丫JL型电动机(立式)通常对公称容积在15M3以下时采用立式电动机。 同时亦可采用卧式电动机。
罐面接管对发酵罐来说也显得十分重要,根据我们多年来的经验,我们设计的接管方位比较合理,工人操作甚为方便, 其接管尺寸都经过计算,如用户另有具体要求可以协商变动,对于特殊规格我厂可另行设计。
Agitator is important unit of the fermentation, through it culture medium, air and microbe mix fully. At present the agitator has 3 shapes. The blade, curved leal and the arrow teal, my factory provided the curved leafs. The agitator consuming power is less but efficiency is very good at the same of diameter, r.p.m. width of leafs.
