适用范围：
一切染料，染料中间体，颜料，无机物料及各种有机化工产品，包括农药，医药、粮食，矿产和环保行业等固定物料，颗粒状，晶体状。块状等固体物料，对有热敏性的物料，有粘度的物料，也适用本干燥机。工作状态可分为常压干燥，也可为真空干燥，干燥温度在30°C以上的均可适用。根据不同的需要和工作条件，分别可采用蒸汽加热、电加热、导热油、环加热，废所余加热等， 适应性极其广泛。
1、特造工艺简单，各部全部可以折卸，有利于维修保养，提高了设备的可靠性和使用寿命。
2、内部加热元件可根据工作需要进行各种型式的排列，提髙了设备的灵活性。
